R.I.P. Ray Harryhausen

While I am heart broken to loose this "legend in his own time", and one of the original "Sci-fi Boys", my heart sings that he live to such a great age. I should hope to live so long. Thank you Ray! You will live beyond your years, in so many ways. Can any of us ask for more?
To Harryhausen: Give Bradbury a tight hug, when you see him. You are both missed down here. If you see Frazetta, tell him, yet another fan he never knew, said 'thanks'.
I'm sorry. It's is so hard, to loose my heroes.

A true artist and visionary has passed. And yet the legacy of Ray Harryhausen shall endure forever. RIP.

No matter how old someone gets to be, when he goes, you feel the loss.
This is the man who gave my childhood the Cyclops, the fighting skeletons, the Kraken. Someone dedicated to our favorite genre, who stood for quality and craftsmanship, and a warm personality.
There are not many like him left now.

Before he passed,IFC was playing the daylights out of Clash of the Titans. It seemed every time I turned IFC on,they were airing it.
