Did you ever solve the Rubik Cube ?

Whilst in secondary school I bought a book Called How To Solve the Rubik Cube.

But...I found the easyest way was to

I sucked at this so bad,the only way i ever did it was by cheating and switching around the stickers

Used to be quite good at it. In fact I still have my original rubicks cube, with all the mods I made to it so it would turn faster.

Once a Pennys the guy at the toy counter bet me I could not solve it. After I showed him I could he gave me a new Rubiks cube as a prize.

I gave up on solving it and solved it like most do by taking it a part. I still have the original plus a couple of the other cube products. The triangle, snake etc. Not sure of the correct names though. That is how important that they are to me. I display them for nostalgia purposes. I seen a couple of guys actually solve the cubes on TV before and I was amazed at what speed that they did it in. I have the directions although I never tried it with the directions. Directions?! Who reads those silly things anyway?

I still have my original cube and after all these years it still hasn't been solved. I think you need a pretty good mathematical brain to solve it, and it's one thing i don't have. I could do two sides, or one side and two rows on 4 other sides but after that it became too difficult.

I used to have an unsolved Rubiks Cube that sat on my computer desk that my family always attempted to solve. Finally I just went to a store and bought another one and replaced it with the one that wasn't solved. They were pretty stunned that I 'solved' the problem.

It will go through a plaster wall if you throw it hard enough. I performed this test myself. Increased use of a Rubik's Cube can also heighten levels of aggravation. Another test I unknowingly performed myself. I guess I had a bit of an attitude.

I did change the stickers around on a couple of the corners, so a guy that was realy good at it couldn't solve that one. The *** look on his face was great.

I solved it once when I was a kid, and never tried it again. It took a pretty long time to figure it out.
