I sold a item on Ebay in march and shipped it the next day.
USPS shows the item delivered march 18th.
Today I get a message from the buyer saying they didn't receive it
and the P.O. tells them it may have been stolen.
Can I be charged back thru Paypal ?

Once 45 days passes the buyer can't claim non receipt. If he decides to open a ticket for not receiving, and you don't have signature confirmation it's pretty likely that you would lose the dispute if I understand correctly.

Yeah- that's pretty crappy, but that's one of the issues with the 'buyer protection' that eBay has. There's little protection for the sellers and many ways for a shady buyer to come out on top.

If it was under 250, I think your ok with DC.

It was a small amount and yeah there's only 5 more days left to be 45 days.

Yeah- under $250 as long as there's confirmation of delivery you should be covered. If 5 days passes and he doesn't open an item not received case, he won't be able to anymore.
