Next batch, I will send you some. This was my first attempt and it was a pepper marinade. The next batch will be the same, but with the Habanero Death Dust!! I will send you a half pound.
Heck, I'll buy some from you if you have the desire to make extra and ship it, would love to try Zemo's HP Jerky, lol.
No Habanero Death Dust for me though, after my surgeries, I can no longer tolerate the super high heat stuff, I still eat spicey food, but not too hot, my brain wants to, but my intestines can't.
The best beef jerky I've ever had in the States came from Texas, I mail ordered it, I forgot what the online store was because it was a few years ago, but mama, that was some good shiat right there, lol.
You can get great jerky in Mexico too, but they don't sweeten it, it's strictly savory, with the emphasis on sea salt, pepper, chili pepper, and lime.
OK. I think Hector will be fine with the peppered jerk, Ben gets the death dust (which by the way, I think will be spectacularly hot). I'm gonna make 2.5 lbs of each and of course I want some. So the next two peeps that chime in will get some.
