Is YouTube having uploading issues?

Darn it. I made a video today of my dolls watching a monster movie, (starring Hugo, Man of 1000 Faces as the host), and it won't upload! I dunno what's wrong. I did the same thing I always do. I hope it's just a YouTube thing and it'll work tomorrow.
