    RIP - Joe Weider

The guy that taught us never let sand get kicked in our face has passed. You will be missed Joe.

I was a big fan and bought his magazine religiously back in my weightlifting days, mind you, I was never remotely a body builder or anything, I just liked lifting weights and be strong, but never got lean and chiseled because of my love for food and beer, lol.

He lived a long and healthy life, good for him, and may he rest in peace.
