Yep. The drool has more weight. You can just imagine each droplet falling off at any second.

Yep, that's it!
It now looks more...alive. The way the highlights make the spit more reflective. And the drops are falling down just right.
What can I say? Drool is my specialty...

^Thanks to you both for pointing it out. Sometimes it's hard to capture the right look of something without reference...I had to pop the old Blu-ray in for a quick look at the stuff on screen. They actually seem to use two different "drools".
A really watery one that gushes, and a really thick mucus type, depending on the scene...Comment
