yea, I think I watched most all of them back in the day. Press Your Luck (love the Whammy), High Rollers, Chain Reaction, Scrabble, Lingo, Beat the Clock, The Weakest Link, Sale of the Century, Hollywood Squares, Password, Gambit, Tic Tac Dough, Win Lose or Draw, Name That Tune, 1 vs. 100, Joker's Wild, Card Sharks, Concentration, Tattletales and more.

Game shows still pop up on prime time from time to time - Millionaire, 1 vs. 100, Who's Still Standing, Weakest Link, Minute to Win It and others. Always trying to catch ligntning in a bottle.

Chopped is very homey and relaxing. It's the same thing every week with just enough differences to keep it semi-interesting. It's good, brainless TV for winding down after the kids are in bed.

Of the old Game Shows, I always liked The Price is Right, Press Your Luck, Jeopardy, Family Feud, and Hollywood Squares.

When my mom was alive we used to watch Chopped together sometimes.

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

Only problem with Chopped, if there's ever a French guy on he'll win no matter what

He could serve them a booger and turd sandwich and they'd still pick him as the winner

Oddly enough, I saw a commercial for a new reality show in the Pickers/Pawn Stars type tradition...for GSN. No game show element involved at all, it seems.

Saw that. It's like Barter Kings on A&E. All they do is swap stuff. Of course GSN use to be in on the Texas Hold 'Em craze and had a show on.
