Which one of my originals did you buy? I can't remember...

I've been fortunate to have sold every painting I've ever done. That's a good problem for an artist to have.

That drool just tops if off D ! Absolutely great work. When ever you give up on the day job, I know what you'll be doing.

Hmmm...what is it exactly that doesn't look right to you? I can go back and re-do the drool.

Yeah, the only thing I might change is the drool, as well. Hard to explain, maybe the gravity effect on it that is a little off, and maybe some more translucency and gloss?
But I'm nitpicking here. Your art is fantastic.

Only at the Museum can you have meaningful discussions about drool...

Well done, man--it's just beautiful work. Your style reminds me a lot of the old Bob Larkin and Earl Norem stuff, which is a compliment!

Thanks for the critiques Alex and GC...you were both right. I finished the painting very late last night and I probably shouldn't have. The drool has been redone and looks 1000 times better. I also found a huge mistake I made with one of the conduits on his chest not lining up, and another one I forgot to paint completely. I'll post a new scan in the morning.

Lesson learned! Never paint when you're tired.
