Hard to believe that the Simpsons is still on the air. I watched it all the time until about 10 years ago then I lost track. I still watch the first 5 seasons all the time cause it reminds me of that time period in my life. Whats your take on the Simpsons now days?

I've watched every episode since it started (and even the Tracy Ullman shorts before that!) Its been on so long its hard to capture the magic of the first seasons, but I think this year has actually been pretty good.

I kind of got tired of it. It seemed to me that they were rehashing plots all the time, and that the originality was missing.

I love watching the reruns; they are still pretty good. But nothing recently.

I love the Tree House Of Horrors Most ..., Flanders as the Devil ....was 1 of my Favorite Figures, Along with That Hillbilly Cleatus.

I dropped out about 6 years ago. I keep meaning to watch it again. I loved it more than any other show at one time.

I love the Simpsons it is just one of those shows that I can watch and really just be relaxed and happy

I haven't been able to catch the show in quite some time but have always loved it. One thing that can really mess with your head (or at least mine) is to think that there are college graduates now who have never known a world without the Simpsons.

I watched it religiously until about season-8

After that I just didn't like the newer episodes.

Wish they would play reruns of the early seasons

It's still enjoyable but nowhere near the relevance it used to have, but that is to be expected. Thry seem to have more and more of these big reveal about characters that come out if nowhere to make a show. Last week's show was about finding out Homer's dad used to be a professional wrestler.

Shows like Family Guy, King of the Hill and South Park owe everything to Groening and the Simpsons, but they passed them up a long time ago in the relevancy category.

I stopped watching around 2000. It was starting to get too political for my taste. The small jabs every now again was fine but then it seemed to be almost every other episode.
