What? No Shirley Partridge? That's an outrage! I vote: Carol Brady, Shirley Partridge and Claire Huxtable."Do you believe, you believe in magic?

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

Roseanne was a blustering Mom, but she also seemed to be quite reasonable/flexible underneath all the bluster... I like her as a pick.
In my head though, I keep going back to Elyse Keaton for some reason."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

I would definitely go for Mrs. Tanner from Alf. In the series Anne Schedeen portrayed a next-door neighbor mom that looked a little more than just interesting.
And actually, watching the Incredible Hulk some time ago I got to see her in some episode from the late 70's. She looked very very good!

Caroline Ingalls is also someone to remember.
Plus, the series was sure a heartwarming thing to watch. Lots of Americana displayed in it, and it was a positive way to look at history and how America developed. A real "10".
