question for my Canadian friends. (tv series)

When I was growing up in New England, We used to get a lot of Canadian programing and one show that me and my brother used to watch and love was a show called "The Beachcombers". I would love to watch it again but it looks like they never released it!?
Does anyone know of a source to obtain this show? I cant say I will be getting the whole season as it ran for 22 years!! But it would be nice to see it again!

    thanks

    Dave

I don't know if the series will ever see the light of day on DVD, you might want to ask CBC directly. My friend did that and got an 8 by 10" picture of Relic. I think the reunion show was on DVD at one time, although I think almost everybody was dead by that point.

I really never watched it much but my wife's family never missed it, they were much more patriotic than me.

I live just outside of Toronto and I used to watch the show religiously as a child (don't ask me why)....I think I just liked the theme song, and Relic's boat was cool. I checked youtube...nothing! I agree with Palitoy that contacting CBC might get you somewhere. I'll keep my eye's open. Until then I'll save you a seat at Molly's Reach....'Yikes'.

I did a movie called The Hitman with Bruno Gerussi (Nick Adonidas from The Beachcombers) shortly before he died.

Like most Canadians I grew up watching The Beachcombers so it was great to get a chance to work with him.
