This weekend's Toy Fair has changed my collecting forever.

I can't believe how this single weekend has changed the course of my collecting.
After seeing everything that's coming out this year, from the Batman 66 line, to the Star Wars Black Series, to the DC Sideshow 12" line, the Outer Space Men and Power Lords from the 4H, the mega scale Thundercats, more masterpiece Transformers, and that unbelievable Castle Grayskull, I'm parting ways with my mostly Marvel collection. All the statues, busts, and a lot of the non-figure stuff are going bye-bye so I can focus on action figures.

There's just no way I can pass most of this stuff up. Luckily the sale of my statues and busts should be able to finance everything else coming out this year.
I'm really excited about all this stuff!

Are you kidding? Bowen stuff might as well be money in the bank. I sold four pieces already since yesterday and made almost $900!

Some of the earlier stuff that was made in the 1000's is lower priced, but everything that's come out in the last five years or so has been very limited and sold out. That stuff easily goes for $100 more than original retail. I sold the Guardians of the Galaxy bust set for $300 and Major Victory bust for $175

Bowen's Classic Captain America statue was selling for $300-450 before Christmas, but now he's reissuing it, so prices have dropped to around $200.

Also, I'd love to see your X-Men busts...post some pics!

I'm in a similar situation. I had planned to pretty much leave modern toys behind, and concentrate on vintage stuff. Now the 66 Batman merchandise is calling me, and I have to answer!!!

Good luck in making room (and money) for the new stuff.
