That is a real bummer about Roy. He was great in Jaws. "Smile you son of a..." One of my favorite parts. This is a true sign of some of us showing our age. Time can be very precious as it goes by way too fast. (Unless your waiting at the D.M.V.) Other wise, Where does the time go?
Seize the moment!

Needless to say I have been a mess here today. I never understood how people cried over Elvis' death but now I do. I am completely devastated. I have been wiping tears from my face for hours now. I wrote up a tribute to him on The Jaws Board if anyone cares to read it...it is certainly a brutally sad day among Jaws fans...here's a link to my tribute. I'll never be the same again...
I know he had a long and distinguished career - as Gene Hackman's partner in the French Connection, right - or am I wrong? - But I only knew him as Chief Brody from Jaws. Even though I saw Blue Thunder and loved it!! Saw a few episodes of SeaQuest.
My favorite line was, "You're gonna need a bigger boat!"
What a loss

"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
