    Court Jester.

Tyrone Power vs Basil Rathbone in the Mark of Zorro.

    Talon vs. Cromwell.

Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Darth Maul.

Thanks for mentioning the Darth Maul one, it tends to get overlooked because The Phantom Menace sucked, but it is the best Star Wars duel bar none.

Just notice Ray Park's technique, and the entire duel is fast and furious, makes all the other Star Wars duels stiff and in slow motion.

^Yeah, that was a good one, and THAT is probably the high-point of the prequels. The idea of the Obi-Wan/Anakin battle was more appealing since we all thought about it for years. It was executed FAIRLY well, but again, whiny Anakin...

Good call. The epic swordfight with the skeletons is truly awesome.

While I agree that Revenge of the Sith's Anakin vs Kenobi was significant, the actual duel itself was lame and a major disappointmant, that floating around the lava thing and all that MTV editing was annoying and distracting, it felt like Lucas used all that as a distraction to cloak Hayden Christensen's lack of screen presence...and don't even get me started on all that unnecessary yapping from both characters, I was like shut the hell up already, lol.

It's my least favorite lightsaber duel in all the Star Wars movies, what a shame, it should've been the best because of its significance.

I love the old school fencing in the 40's films Mark of Zorro is a classic, and for great Erol Flynn sword play check out Captain Blood and the Sea Hawke.

I will put in a vote for Highlander

I love the orignal Sw Vader vs obi wan duel , I abstain from another bash on the SW prequels lest I sound like a broken record

Totally forgot about Jason and the Argonauts, but that skeleton fight was excellent.

Love Captain Blood and the Sea Hawk, too. Flynn was just meant to have a sword in hand.

I must agree hector. ray park was awesome. Such a shame we weren't able to get a round 2.
I still love the princess bride as well though.
