Subway sued for not measuring up

Believe it or not a few people, backed with attorneys, are suing Subway for selling them foot longs that were not EXACTLY 12 inches long... Seriously people. Has our society become this daffy?

Subway is just about the most flavorless sandwich out there, tasteless, and all their breads suck.

My go to sandwich places in Oakland are Genova Deli and Bakesale Betty's...killer stuff.
