I agree.. eBay rips people off everyday and suddenly they grow a conscience with these Django figures. eBay could make a killing off of the fees.

What happens to the remaining stock?
I read in a newsletter from some shop that they didn't get their shipment from NECA
and therefore cannot fulfill pre-orders.
If other shops are in the same position this must mean that NECA has a lot of cases still sitting
in their warehouse, that they now cannot ship to their customers.
What happens to all those cases?

Do they have to bury them in the desert, next to those Atari E.T. cartridges from 1982?

But an auction site saying you can't buy or sell a toy is stopping free commerce and to me that is violation of my own rights. We live in a country that no longer respects the concept of freedom anymore.

It's a stupid decision on eBay's part, but they have every right to make it. It's kind of strange that your concept of freedom involves taking the freedom of a company like eBay to choose what products allow to be sold on their web site. They've made the business decision to not allow that stuff on their site; maybe some other site will allow it and get business from it. That's the free market in action.

This decision doesn't violate your rights at all. The Constitution doesn't guarantee your right to sell stuff on eBay, and you most certainly don't have the right to force a business to sell your product.

If I were a seller, I'd put in some hidden auctions with Foxx or Tarrantino in the description line and not mention the movie title at all. It might make it through without getting caught. Some TY Beanie collectors are laughing their butts off about now.
