It would probably depend on my mood. I would probably want to go somewhere rich with history. Greece, Italy, or Egypt quickly come to mind.

Since LOTR, I've been fascinated with New Zealand. It looks like it would be a beautiful country. I'm sure it would be nice to visit.
Australia has some beautiful parts as well. It's a large country with many different landscapes. It has great weather and wildlife.

Right now I just want some place with warmer weather.
