The only reason I care is because this has been almost the sum total of ALL the news for the last few days! Isn't there something IMPORTANT happening somewhere? Even the CBC has been giving way too much time to it.

She is what she is, a hot, hip-hop diva who is paid for her looks and her back-up dancers as much as she is for her voice. I guaranty you this, IF that was 70+yr old Paul, you would have got Paul and nothing but Paul and it would have souned like the freakin' record or he would have died trying.

Well, I just saw Beyonce's performance on a news channel, while the music was played pre recorded, her actually singing was live, she was not lip syncing.

You know, whether you like her or not, and while she's no Aretha Franklin, she does have a nice voice, certainly better than a lot of other countless pop singers out there, perhaps that's not saying much, but it's something, lol.
