    NJ Auction This Week (Bodnar)

Anyone in the area see/know of this? Thinking of going from LI. Been very dry here, so I am looking to buy stuff now. They will have some Mego stuff, I know. Anyone go to their auctions before? I know they were shown on Comic Book Men and Toy Hunter.

It was pretty cool! I'm going to try to go every month now. This is just some of the stuff I got, not all.

Typical auction. Prices have you scratch your head. I got the box of vintage 12" Star Wars for $5.00 (Darth is broken, but so what?). While a Mego Star Trek enterprise with no accessories, rusty hardware and a broken part sold for over $100.

You will certainly walk away with cool stuff, no doubt about it. MORE than half the crowd are resellers, so they tap out early. A few bidders are retirees with disposable bank accounts I think, who don't care if they overpay for if they want the item.

Toys started at 10 and ended at 6. This auction can go from 9 in the morning to 2 the next!

Yup. I need to re-flock him and replace a hand. Other than that, he is good with original emblem and holster. I won him for $25.

Well, his flock is pretty crappy. But still, I am very happy to have got it for that price.
