While there are many notorious world-conquering bad guys in the comic world, only a select few can be considered truly sadistically evil. They are the ones that don't want a better world for anyone. They just want to see the world and life burn...with no exceptions! These are the villains that give our heroes the biggest head-aches and invoke the most terror within the reader. Let's start the new year off with the baddest of the bad as I list The Top 10 Most Evil Villains in Comics! And we can all be glad that these malevolent masters of malice don't exist in real life...or do they?

I like Red Skull and Joker at 1 & 2.If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize. -

You could just include Darkseid as a slash with Thanos.
Doomsday could have been added at least on the "Others" list. I mean he did kill Superman.

I agree that Darkseid is truly evil. But he also has an honor system and he doesn't want to eradicate all life, he wants to control it. Evil...yes, but his motivations are rule.Comment
