What do you put on your pizza?

I just have to share a photo the outdoor pizza oven that my friend and her husband recently built. Of course, they cook many other things in it, but the main reason they built it was homemade wood-cooked pizzas.

We don't typically make pizzas at home. We do make calzones though.

Stuffings for my calzone is usually pepperoni, green olives, onions, green peppers and mozzarella and ricotta cheese.

It's pizza night here tonight. We've got some leftover Kurobuta ham from Christmas, so that's going on there for sure. Olives, mushrooms, the usual... I'll post a pic if I remember (and if the pizzas survive long enough).

Untrue fact of the day: Kurobuta ham is so delicious that the pigs have to be kept separate, to stop them from eating each other.
