Around my area the new light style seems to be ice blue colored bulbs.

They actually look pretty nice and give a cold feeling

We have several houses in our neighborhood that keep adding to their displays and competing. I did very little this year!

I'll try and get some pics tonight. I have a set of icicle lights with two sections out, and I can't find any with a green wire! The light selection at retail this year seems really limited. Must be all the years of clearancing out 100s of light sets at 90% off.

Obviously taken before it got really dark. The lantern I've had since 1972 and the twinkling bells since 1970. The giant bulbs and candy canes were new this year for the new house.

I wish I could find more. Target didn't carry them this year, which is where I found them before.

Cindy took these pics last week. I didn't get any of our patio lights. I'll try and get some more pics later. I included two pics so you can make out the blow molds. I revived the Empire reindeer this year. Years ago I made him into Rudolph by cutting his nose off and putting in a single red bulb.





Unfortunately you really can't make out the old Santa face on the door by our driveway. That belong to my granparents and it's probably at least 50 years old.

I also just noticed my son didn't have his light-up candles on in his room either!
