Y'know, living here in Oakland, where the crime rate is so high, I worry about stuff like this at my own school. I feel so bad for the families of those little kids.

A lot of mass killings have happened in middle America, so it really doesn't matter where you live, this can happen anywhere, not just urban areas.

Having said that, Oakland had one already, remember that Korean guy who shot seven of his co students in that job placement school by Edgewater Drive near the airport?

Regardless, horrible news.
