Should we all be witnesses for the Mego episode?

Oh man, I loved watching that show...and I loved Dave Hester even more...he was a great villain.

But kudos to him for complaining...he got canned for it...now it's his turn for some payback...good for him, lol.

Wow, I am shocked!!! You mean every time they dug thru a unit full of garbage only to find a rare antique tucked away in the back, it was all staged?!?!

Next you'll be telling me Chumleys poor decisions are scripted, and that the Bigfoot Hunters aren't ever going to find anything!

Yeah. No surprise here either. That's why I can't watch those kind of shows or even the other "collector" oriented series. These shows try to establish value and create markets for their own personal gain. Value is always going to be subjective between buyer and seller.

Don't go telling me that Danielle's tattoos on American Pickers aren't real...
Or that Frank and Mike are lovers...

I don't watch any of this Crap either, for the Above mentioned Idea , and not caring enough to try and find them on TV.

LMAO!!! So my wife and I aren't the only ones that have thought that. I do love the show and have met both Danielle and Mike at their store in Iowa. Nice people for sure but we have always wondered about those two guys too.

Mikey, it's a pawn shop. That is really all you need to say right there.

Legalized fences are what I always referred to pawn shops as and I will NOT shop at one, ever.

Perhaps owing to a stereotype about the antiques business, rumors circulate on the Internet that Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Fritz are gay. In fact, both men are straight; for the last 17 years, Mr. Wolfe has dated Ms. Faeth, an accountant with a laid-back manner that complements what Ms. Colby described as her boss’s “firecracker” personality.
