Anyone know how to make an online magazine?

I'm running out of time to make a Christmas gift for my brothers. I'd like to make my own magazine online and send it to them. I want the kind where you flip through the pages like a real magazine but is saved as a PDF.

I found a website that is perfect, but once I was finished I couldn't save it. You had to order the hard copy and pay a small fortune.

Does anyone have a good website I can try?

you could always take a screenshot for each page or download the html file with your browser and then import them yourself into acrobat to make your own pdf that way to give out
