Around these parts they usually start collecting in the middle of December but this year they've started a few weeks ago (start of Nov)

It's probably due more to the fact that Thanksgiving was early this year. We have them here too. Saw them this weekend. I think they start with Black Friday around here anymore.

They are every where around here except for in front of Target, not sure why. They were out maybe a week before Thanksgiving. I remember a thing in the paper back in the summer they were doing a summer collection too, but only saw a few then, might have been in July maybe.
