Stupdiest rule ever. NFL

The Lion/Texans game yesterday was the stupidest rule I've ever seen. All these high profile/paid NFL personnel on the rules committee and this is the best they came up with. As always, there is no link between brains and money

Happened also in the Falcons/Cards game last weekend. Didn't cost the Falcons the game but could have.
