I have the first two on DVD (I think it's an Anchor Bay release), but not "Death". I recall thinking it was lame that Hulk died jumping out of a helicopter. I know they had planned another film where he comes back from the dead, but Bixby took ill with cancer. Still, seemed a waste for him to die in such an odd way. Plus no Marvel guest star!

I have the DVDs as well but there is something fun about catching them on the tube.
I absolutely LOVE Returns. It is cheesy and they did take liberties with Thor but the fun factor is just so high. The bad guy actors were pretty bad (One of the bad guys later stared in the Flash pilot)
I though Trial was not very good then and now but I was THRILLED to get to see Daredevil live and that they used a Comic Book bad guy was enough for me.
The mysterious returning beard was interesting.
I think production wise Death may be the best Hulk ever. I liked so much about it. Yes, the fall should not have killed him but it wasclsure on the series. He wanted free and he was. There are many sources that say he didn't actually die and that other Marvel spin off movies were possible afterwards but Bixbie's cancer wouldn't allow it.
The very best of Hulk was Married. The Pilot and Death tie for 2nd.
Each year they did a 2 parter as well - the worst Hulk of these 2 parters was the second pilot Death in the Family. The John Doe 2 parter was good and significant in the series storyline. I had great anticipation for The First but was sadly disappointed.
