eBay question

I started a 7-day auction last evening with a BIN.. today I decided to adjust the BIN price down $5, but ebay isn't letting me do it. When I make the change and click revise it just keeps sending me back to the "review" page, instead of putting the revision in place.

Other separate revisions to the description it's letting me do fine, just not the price adjustment.

I've tried to go on to their community forums, but I keep getting "reset" error messages...

Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks..

Is it an auction with an added bin or just straight bin?

The B.I.N. price must be 10% more than the starting price.
