Rivalry Week in College Football

My Bruins put a beat-down on SC at The Rose Bowl. I had a bet with a buddy at work who's a big Trojan fan and now he's buying me (a very expensive) lunch on Friday. I'm picking up a small handheld player that plays the UCLA fight song. Somehow it's going to accidentally go off a few times during the victory meal. Love rivalry week! Now it's time to go kill some brain cells.

I am so happy the Ducks lost. I can't freakin stand them. There should be no ducks in any sport. I used to only say that for hockey, but now it goes for all ducks. Looks like Alabama is back in the national title game talk. Of course they played little ole Western Carolina University today. This is the school i live about half a mile from, and my wife works at. Alabama had no business playing a school like this at this point of the season. These games should be played in early September. I say this and i am an Alabama fan.

I'm Actually sorta Bummed the Ducks lost ...., Atleast they didn't get beat down like Kanas did. They should be outta the Top 10 if there was any Justice at calling that Crap.
I didn't realize that Jim Mora was the Coach of UCLA Either ....

As a Washington Husky fan I'm ecstatic the Ducks lost however I'm not thrilled that an SEC team is now back at #2. Worst case scenario: Notre Dame loses at USC next week and we see a rematch of two SEC teams in the championship game. Boring.

I'm very shocked that the Ducks did lose..and at home. If there was one team this year that looked unbeatable, to me, it was the Duckies. It actually helps out the Bruins, as they host the "now higher ranked" Cardinal at the Rose Bowl for their final season game. UCLA will sport their new L.A. Nights alternate uniforms for that game.

Don't think you need to worry about that; looks like Barkley suffered a separated shoulder according to CBS Los Angeles. The Irish are going to unleash Hell on Troy.

ND should lose to USC. It is a 8pm west coast game, that's near mid-night for the Catholics. It doesn't help that Barkley is out. It does look like Bama will be in NC game but Georgia can beat them and go instead, I hope this happens.

This is really the 1st year I've ever followed College Football ....., never cared much for it before ..., I saw Almost Every Duck Game ...., I was a Fair Weather Fan, but How could you not be, with all the different Gear and Suits and then the way they just destroyed Teams.

Undefeated or not ... Notre Dame Just isn't as Bad Arse as some of them other Teams....

Boy, I just don't see that happening. It's 5:00 p.m. West Coast/8:00 p.m. ET; not too late for the Gold Domers. Even though SC's Coach Kiffin (a real pr!ck) won't admit it, all injury reports coming in indicate that Barkley hurt his throwing shoulder and had to leave the stadium in an arm sling; possible separation.

If that's the case, that means that SC is going to have to start Freshman Max Wittek against the #1 team in the nation, who just happens to already have a deep hatred for Trojans. This is the best defense the Irish have had in a long time. #1 Team + Rivalry + Manti Te'o = Long day for little Max.
