      Yeah, good ol' lechón...I have that at least twice a year...my Uruguayan neighbor makes it a couple of times a year...one for his birthday...and the other for his wife's birthday...it's awesome. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It's one of the world's best foods indeed.
