The McRib has been Delayed.

We serve those riblet "patties" at work with extra sauce and the residents are crazy about them. Usually it's part of a theme meal, with slaw, "baked" beans, & fried potato casserole.

For myself, a McRib delay also means a delay of McIndigestion...

Hector's photos are the type of ribs I like.

Any meat that needs as much sauce as they put on a mcrib can't be good, but for whatever reason I do like the taste of the sauce along with the pickle and onion.

But I won't be having one this year. I've lost 47 pounds since Aug. 3 and hopining to knock off another 30 or so by New Years.

Honestly, I dont eat any of that crap and would even feed it to my dog!!!

Well, it's my guilty pleasure too. I don't eat at McD's much anymore. (I think it was some time in January). And when they come out, I usually have about 5 (at different times). I'll just have to be patient, and enjoy them while they're here. (and when!)
