    BTW, I know what you mean by missing Woolworth, that was an awesome store, I really loved its 50s diner...and the overall old school feel of the store.

    I also miss Montgomery Ward's...and the old Sears...today's Sears sucks though.

    You were not in the Bay Area here in the 70s...but we had other other awesome stores back in the day...GEMCO was the store to go for everything Mego...those were the days, sigh.

      I too miss woolworth's..I loved that store..the 50's diner was the bomb!! I use to get the grilled ham and cheese and a sundae for desert

      by the way we're full of Party city's and Halloween city's here which are cool
