This cracked me up...List of Fall Foods To Avoid At All Costs

    From MSN...
Health experts composed this list of 20 favorite fall foods you should avoid completely!

Pot pies, mac & cheese, lasagna, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cream soups, brats & kielbasa, corn dogs, corn bread, apple cider, apple pie, caramel apples, pumpkin cappucino, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, turkey, stuffing, candy corn, chocolate, beer.

Really? So pretty much avoid eating anything good?

To them I say, enjoy your dead leaves and tree bark, I'd rather be fat and happy, thanks!

C'mon!!!! They didn't leave anything on there. Two weeks ago I tried Pumpkin Beer. It was very Harry Potterish but apparently bad for you.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Why turkey? Everything else I can understand, but turkey is lean and low calorie.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

Only the white meat...the dark meat and skin is fatty, and most turkey has saline injected into it giving it a high sodium content.

        I don't care anyway...the skin's the best part...mmmmm.

A lot of those items make no sense to me. Was it just dealing with weight gain? Who were the health experts? Do you have a link to the article?

I eat kielbasa at least once every 2 weeks

I would rather die than give it up (seriously)

Not anymore...everything on the list had too much fat, sugar, or salt and was bad for you.

Exactly. If these people had their way, Thanksgiving would be outlawed!

I wish they would make up their minds. First they tell you chocolate really isn't that bad for you,now they tell you yes it is.

I'm with you Mikey. Growing up we would have kielbasa at least once every 2 weeks. It is very high in sodium however and i had to take it off the dinner options for a while.

I'm dying to try a nice pumpkin stout.
