Wow. Niners look good, real good. As a San-fan since the 80's, I've not had anything to cheer for about a decade till last season, and it appears they are continuing that formula this year. Smith never really had a chance his first five seasons with coaching turmoil.

I just now caught the Cowboys score. That must have been pretty bad. Romo is a very good QB. What he isn't is a winner and, most importantly, a leader. He should make his team want to win, to compete and to have accountibility. Romo couldn't inspire a bowel movement. I don't see that changing despite whatever stats he accumulates.

My Bengals beat the Browns. Not too impressive. It shouldn't have been that close at all. Playing the Browns is like dodgeball with Ronnie Milsap. Cleveland needs a 3-6 point handicap at this point. Do the Browns play Oakland? Oh, sign me up for that one if they do. The over-under for penalties will be around 22.

Did anyone outside of the greater Kansas City area think hiring Crenel would be a good idea? He'll be gone by week seven.

I have said it for years and I ain't changing my story now - The Eagles are the BIGGEST dumb luck team in the NFL. (although dumb isn't the word I use. The word I use would be blocked by the filter). They win more games BY FAR that any other team, by dumb friggin luck.
