Meoldy Anderson...I never found her attractive in Flash Gordon, but from other pics I've seen of her, I think the wardrobe and makeup dept. did her an injustice in that film.

I met Melody Anderson a Few years ago and she was still absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I drooled in her presence lol! She totally was sweet and
got a kick that I had such a boyhood crush on her... she played the Wife of Ernie Kovacs in Ernie Kovacs - Between the Laughter starring Jeff Goldblum...one of my Fav movies she was in.

She has Rheumatoid arthritis and suffered from chronic pain. The medication she took altered her looks.

She was cast in "Friends" as Matthew Perry's father who had a sex change, and she unfortunately looked like a guy in drag.

I saw her on C-SPAN a week or two ago talking to the National Press Club, and I honestly had no idea who she was. Time has been brutal to her. It was like she'd been living under a viaduct on a strict diet of Marlboros and Sterno. That's the Second Law of Thermodynamics, though: everything breaks down sooner or later.
