    No Longer Top-Rated on eBay

Unfortunately, your account no longer meets the US eBay Top Rated seller performance standards.

For specifics, visit your Seller Dashboard to review the Top Rated seller requirements and see how your eBay business measures up. Remember, in addition to satisfying other evaluation criteria, for this seller performance evaluation (and each subsequent one), to achieve Top Rated status, you need to upload tracking within your stated handling time on 90% or more of US transactions.

Note: The August evaluation looked at transactions from June 1 to July 31 to determine if you met the tracking upload requirement. The September evaluation will look at the period of June 1 to August 31. From that point onward, we will look back at the previous three calendar months of transactions to determine your tracking upload rate.

Thank you again for selling on eBay. We hope to welcome you back to Top Rated seller status soon.

Pretty soon, you will have give the item for free and offer free shipping to keep a top seller status. lol They sent me the same notice the same day they wished me Happy 13th anniversary. Ebay is just a form of advertisement for me know, helps drive them to my websites.

You basically need to ship in 24 hours to maintain status. At times with my schedule can be difficult, but worth it IMO to save the 20%.....

Ditto. You need to ship and mark as shipped and update your tracking numbers within the time you have listed as your estimated shipping time. I haven't noticed what the difference is between meeting top seller standards and not meeting top selling standards.

I got the same message. We always ship within 24 hours. Yay. I had 4 idiots out of a thousand say they didn't like my shipping fees (we only charge the actual cost....) so now I get to loose hundreds of dollars each month till the next evaluation. So frustrating. The low star counts weren't even negatives, so I can't tell who left me the low numbers, so I can't even try to rectify it. So frustrating.

I always ship within 24 Hrs. also. Run around packing and shipping like a crazy man. All that really never mattered. And I also charge lowest shipping fees as possible. People don't seem to understand its not cheap to ship. So I'll say it again. I really don't care. I'm doing all that I can do.

I've had it taken away, then given back, you can't worry about it. As a seller Ebay makes it tough to do anything about complaints, and they expect that you are a 24/7 business with staff to package & ship all your sales. They've forgotten that their business was built on small sellers , and they want to be Amazon. Buyers are ridiculos sometimes...I had a guy e-mail me 3 times last week asking when his package was shipped- he paid Monday evening, and it went out Wed morning. I'm sure he'll "ding my stars" for shipping time, but I work a fulltime job and can't always get to the po right away.
