              From what I'm hearing, the storm is losing some of it's punch. Hopefully that pattern will continue. All my prayers for those who stand on the front lines.

                Its gaining strength now and is expected to continue to do so till landfall in the northern gulf. 5 inches of rain so far in Central FLA.

                          Hope everyone is keeping it together down there and are NOT in the areas where the waters are overlapping the levee system. Just a terrible mess down there. And it's just getting started.

                            Well, the darn thing kind of stalled over night just off the Louisiana coast. New Orleans is getting pounded right now, and here in the Baton Rouge area, we are expecting nearly 30 hours of none stop tropical storm strength winds and 15+" of rain.
