is there a way to rip a song from youtube?

Like for my warrior site, it says I can download a song or sound...is there a way to rip just the song from a youtube video to play continuously on your home page? thanx or is there another place to get this from? I already have this from itunes but I can't access it from there

I use the DownloadHelper add on for Firefox. Like it so much I paid the one time fee to register it. If you ever need stuff like that D just drop me a pm. I can download and convert to a ton of various formats and email it to you.
