                      My co-worker's hubby told me on the ride home. So sad. He was such a funny guy, and he was also an illustrator for children's books. (I think that's what I heard). In any case...it's such a loss. RIP Ron.

                        RIP ARNOLD HORSHACK! Yes, Epstein died in January of this year at age 60---He was from New Jersey.

                            When TV/movie roles dried up after Kotter ended, Ron returned to his theater roots and was also teaching acting at the time of his death. He seemed like a pretty good guy from what I've heard.
