Some recent questions I was asked about my recent game purchase have led me to ask a couple of other questions. Basically what's the strangest thing you've bought while out hunting the fleas and yard sales and how was the value when you priced it. Something you normally wouldn't have given a second glance or that thing that was so out there you just couldn't leave it behind.

Below is one of my strangest but being that my mom was a biology teacher for 35 years, I knew it was worth more than the $3 I paid for it.

Old Ouija boards get great money when you can find them. Especially if it has the planchette.

Definitely worth the buy for $3 but would not keep it for my own collection. I'd sell it to someone else who really wanted it.

I had a really old ouiji board from the early 1900s that had a wooden planchette. Got it in a box lot at an auction. Sold for over $150 on ebay even though it was pretty beat up... but I had about 40 emails asking me if it was haunted, possessed, or if any weird things happened around the house while I had it. Nothing weird happened except the messages I got!
