PayPals' Pay After Delivery

I was just curious to see if any one else has used this feature from Paypal? I think it's a very good idea. I have used a couple of times already and the nice thing about is, there's no extra charge for using it.

I've never heard of this either. You can do this on ebay purchases, or if not, where?

For a buyer, I suppose it's convenient....
For the seller, it can be a bit of a hassle especially if you need cash...

You can use it any place Paypal is accepted. When you log into your account when paying for something. Your giving a choice of instant transfer, pay after delivery or use you credit card. The seller gets there money right away, just like paying them instantly. Paypal gives you 14 days, then they deduct it from your account. They also notify you before they deduct it.

The seller gets their money right away. So, there's no waiting on the part of the seller.
