    My NASCAR Experience, WOW!

For my 50th B-Day my wife bought me the NASCAR Experience at Texas Motor Speedway. Well today was the day . . . What a rush! After an hour or so of instruction I Had 8 minutes on the track alone, in an actual race driven car with a spotter on the 2-way radio with me the whole time. I was lucky enough to get the 88. They told us top speeds wold be about 150. It's hard to describe those 8 minutes other than, at first a little scary, but once I got the hang of it, just trusting the car and having fun. My top speed? 157!!!!! I'll post some pics and a video later. WOW!

Here's a video I put together with pics and video set to Kutless' - Again

I won one of those once and sold it on ebay. I would have had to drive to the speedway and couldn't swing the free time. Wish I had done it.

Thats Awesome! I'm sure thats a very exhilarating experience. My Dad who lived in Fort Worth and was a HUGE Nascar fan did it in 1999 when he was 60 and i think he said his top speed was around 145mph.
