Jealous, I'd have loved to see them in their prime. Especially that tour with Dylan.

KISS 1982 Creatures of the Night Tour. It was the last tour with make-up. I was 12 years old. I was in heaven.

    $7.50 a ticket.

    I would definitely go again.

LOL.. I saw that same show in Daytona Beach, Florida.

    RIP Allen Collins

Allen and Steve Gaines were the best guitar pickers in SKYNYRD

THat would have been something to remember for sure. I've known their interim singer Soto for fifteen years or so through interviews and shows with a few of his former bands. Schon and he formed a pretty cool band called Soul Sirkus and were pretty tight. The news he was released came as a major surprise. Oh yeah, you mentoioned Rush? Can't deal with Geddy at all. Not even a little. Great musician, sounds like a Muppet when he sings.

KISS for the Dynasty tour, Madison Square Garden, 1979. It was AWESOME (even though the band was barely still together by that point)
I went with my older sister and was a little overwhelmed but the stage show was amazing. I could feel the flames from my seat!

I saw Metallica with The Cult in 1989.

I would still like to see The Cult, but I've grown tired of Metallica.

October 2nd, 1986 I saw Journey for the Raised on Radio Tour. I didn't know any of the songs from the new album, but they played a bunch of classics. Stellar performance, though I got the feeling Perry was starting to degrade just a little bit. To this day I don't like the RoR album, but they remain an overall favorite classic rock band just behind Styx, Triumph and Kansas.
