I am not sure how old the app is but I just got it. The app sees your location and pins all garage sales/estate sales in your area, pulled from local paper and craigslist. If you click on the pin of the garage sale, it will show you the ad and streetview of the house. This is a free app.

There is also a $3 version. I think it allows you to leave notes for others using the app to see, i.e. "this sale sucks" etc.

I used it today for the first time, it is pretty awesome!!! No need to sort newspapers, scan online, just start the app and go!!!
