I'm more into the "poppier/lighter" side of metal/hard rock,
but your blend of Megadethish and Elderish/QRycheish sound
in that posted song is intriguing.

Out of curiosity are your standards for metal that is "hard" or "heavy" like real extreme stuff?

I picture you listening to bands like CANNIBAL CORPSE, NAPALM DEATH or NUCLEAR ASSAULT if you find FATAL AGENDA tame.

No, I'm more of a Melvins, High on Fire, Mastadon type of guy. To my ears, this sounds like watered down Disturbed or Insane Clown Posse or something like that. As an aside, I find a non Black Metal band wearing corpse paint kinda poseur-ish, akin to Good Charlotte wearing anarchy t-shirts and claiming to be punk. I guess it could just be the ICP influence.

Cool. I'm a "pimpin" musician myself and I've been through a lot of "audience" scenarios...
so I'm always curious how people take in music.... especially when something seems out of place to me.

As a fan of Black Metal I agree with you 100%! I don't find this to be good at all. But to each is own.

I spent my formative years in the 70's growing up with Alice Cooper, KISS, New York Dolls, Queen, and David Bowie. So it's easy to see the visual influence here. And because rock n roll and metal have never cycled back around since the 70's and 80's, I champion these types of bands, even if I don't find common ground with much of the music as it is played here. If I were your manager I would only change a couple of things - I would sharpen the image so there is more continuity in outfits so that you read as members of the same team. And I would pull in some main stream elements to your music so it's accessible to rock n roll fans. Successful bands tend to be able to reach across genre's and touch people in many areas. In an era where all we get is contrived country and rap artists, it would be nice to hear a new metal band that can get back on the radio. I wish you guys much success!

I don't like metal, so this was a little better than I expected. Still not something I can get into, because of the screaming vocals and the makeup. So I'm not even going to comment on that, because maybe someone more into that genre could dig it. To offer a little constructive criticism, I had to turn away from the screen to listen to the song. The way the camera seems to swing around and gets shaky from time to time made me really nauseous while watching the video.

For me, the worst thing I don't like about metal is the cartoonish singing voices .... These seem to range from the classic screaming old lady voice to the monster wrestler voice.

Would love to see more bands just sing normal

                              Geesh, tough crowd here.

I am a music fan period. My collection of nearly 1000 cd's is very eclectic. I like many different forms of metal including what some refer to as black metal. I like death metal and speed metal mostly but enjoy it all. I would not consider Fatal Agenda to be death or black metal by any means. In fact they are not easy to describe as they are an interesting blend of a few genres IMO. I have seen them play a few times now and always enjoy it. So far my favorite song of theirs is probably God which is the second video Cat posted.

I grew up in a musical home. My mother and her brother are both talented music majors. I took lessons for piano, guitar, and the clarinet but ended up teaching myself the drums and enjoy that the most even though I am not that good at it.

My music collection ranges from Venom and Bathory to Carly Simon and Gloria Estefan so hows that for a broad range of taste.

I even have some classical and jazz. The only music I just never listen to is country. Nothing wrong with that type of music but it just never did anything for me personally. I have also seen hundreds of concerts which I enjoy the most. Other then Pink Floyd one of my favorite concerts was the Sex Pistols reunion tour a few years back. Stood about 4 feet from Johhny Rotten and loved the show. I love vintage punk.
