        Vegemite!! Love it. Had some at a local Oz pub and it was awesome, being veggie. The Oz nachos were great too.

              Nope that's how we eat our marmite in England...spread onto small children...there's a bread shortage you know.

                  Marmite is a yeast extract in a spreadable form and is either loved or despised...its quite salty and very nice on hot toast. Never had vegimite to be honest

                      It's funny you say that as a lot of the advertising really plays on the love it or hate it idea...usually having to similar ads with one liking and one hating it....they did a homage to the blob a few years ago with a blob of marmite rampaging through town....now it's Paddington bear.

                        I think its horrible! I made my wife a marmite sandwich one day and it was the last time! It reminds me of axle grease!
                        Now, I cant be in the same room with her when she opens the jar because the smell makes me feel ill.
                        Something else my wife eats and loves is a snack called "twiglets" which are little "sticks" kinda like Cheetos...... that are coated with marmite. I call them bags of evil.
                        Dont get me started on the branston pickle!
