>That seems common with public attacks.
There's a term for it that I can't remember.... that the more people witnissing something horrible the less likely someone helps 'cos of the "anonymity of crowds" sort of thinking we all have hardwired in. There's a feeling that SOMEONE will do something, but not us. (It's not actually apathy.... that'd be software. This is hardware.) That's why when you learn first aid they tell you to say stuff like "YOU! *point* call an ambulance" 'cos it overrides this trait.

I hate to say this, but he would likely be in a much better place by passing away. Being indigent and wounded like that equals so much misery in this county...Leave a comment:

That poor man - the pictures of what's left of him are just horrible. He's in for a long, miserable road if he survives.Leave a comment:

I read the article in our paper, it was on page 5... I told my wife they buried it there to prevent a panic- The Walking Dead is coming true!
Remember, only head shots will put them down for good!Leave a comment:

people here don't give a crap, especially in that part of town...they don't even look that wayAnother sad part about this is I read that several people passed by without doing anything to help. That seems common with public attacks. Everyone stands around waiting for someone else to do something. Remember that guy that beat up his girlfriend then threw her off a bridge right in front of a crowd of people? I gotta be honest I'm glad they shot the Cannibal dude. Good Riddance.
