    I disagree.
it's exciting to see teams play teams they might not ever face except in the ws.
what bugs me is watching the mets vs yankees 6 times a year.
it was intense the first time but now it's too much. I get the marketability of the "subway series" but limit it to one 3 game series per season.
I can also live without all the inter divisional games. I get the importance of winning your division but how many times do I have to watch the mets vs phils, braves, marlins etc etc? that to me is overkill.
inter league or no, I'd like to see less emphasis on divisional matches and more variety in the scheduling. I know it's extremely complicated to schedule and it would mean more traveling but variety is the spice of life!

If you want to talk about configurations let's talk about the little league ballpark the Yankees have. My nephew can hit a home run in Yankee Stadium...and he's only 14. All you have to do is get the ball in the air for Pete's sake and it's a Home Run. If you really want to make baseball fair...make all the Ballparks the same exact dimensions. The Yankees wouldn't do it because there would be only 2 players on their team that would hit more than 20 home runs. What's it like 313 down the lines??!!?? I could probably hit an upper deck home run if I hit it down the lines.

BTW, get a new radio team...Sterling and Waldman are THE WORST announcers in baseball. Waldman is a Boston Redsox fan in a Yankee Radio Booth..and Sterling has no clue what he's talking about when he's announcing the games. The only team that's worse is McCarver and Buck on Fox.
You know I'm a Yankee Fan, I switched over as soon as I heard Johan was doing magic, I was thrilled at what he did I like him he's a wonderful pitcher who's been hurt here and IMO hasn't really fully shown what he could do like he did with the Twins. I was really rooting for him not because he would be the first Met to throw a no no but because he's a Latino, I root for my kind I want to see Latinos continue to be great in what they do.....Last night was a Great New York moment for those who LOVE baseball......

but this other stuff goofing the stadium and calling ALL Yankee fans out come on dude that's Sandlot childish BS, SOME Met fans are annoying as a hell too and are just as bad as the retarded Yankee fans.....let's leave all the garbage alone.

Announcers are NOT like they were back in the Day, nowhere close, I grew up with Frank Messer, Bill White and Phil Rizzuto and Mel Allen on SportsChannel. I also listened to Lyndsey Nelson, Ralph Kiner and Bob Murphy amazing announcers NONE of the current met announcers are nowhere near as great as those three NO ONE comes within a mile of these men NO ONE
